Whistler New and Sold Listings of the week

This past week I was able to sell 4622 Montebello Place in multiple offers in 2 days. This is a great example of great marketing combined with a great property. Despite market conditions properties like this will always be sought after and attract multiple buyers. More inventory is coming on with a wave of sellers trying to beat the capital gains tax increase by June 24 2024. Whistler inventory still remains historically low, we did surpass 300 listings earlier this week, however we dipped back down to 287 as of this writing.
